do you mean in the server you play, the position of spectator is where?
if it is within your stream range and you can possibly check(if it is visible, No virtual world change) then it is possible to detect
I don't get it what you really want can you explain and do you know the position of spectator

admin can not be detected unless known coordinates spec sever

exactly, find the coordinates the spectator is assigned to when he is spectating you and you can do it.

if you cannot read and follow simple rules then how do you expect getting job, making money and maybe making family when your boss going to tell you "go and do this but use this" and you won't then he will fire you, and then you will remember how you didn't follow simple rules .
