Disabling camera zoom out on high speeds in cars

I need a lil' help here, I want to request because when I went high speed in cars the camera position just zooming out and I can't control the car well, so, I need some help.

I think you can't control your car well because you're driving in high speed, not because of the camera. Cars are difficult to control when on high speed.

well, if you use elegy and drifting sometimes the camera just zooming out when you were drifting and I can't control the drift well.
