Im looking for Hacks like this:

I already use this but i need someting better for edit my gta3.img or im just looking for GTA SA hacks which gives me advantage, no CLEO or .exe cause its banned form my favorite server and detected.

well even if you edit gta.img that will not help you because the laterns are removed only for you , peoples see that you are hacking .
