Lack of competence to use Google's search engine and UG-Base search option and mental inability to use a translator and/or browser translator plugin. Read better next time.

I was referencing what you had written. It is extremely accurate. This forum has a search function as well. Now stop referencing what you think you may argue to, avoiding what is absolutely correct and obvious on my part. And to keep the fire burning, here are the points you missed:
1. If you go to www.blasthack.net you can easily find a hack releases section with or without a translator, and SAMP Functions plugin there; translation is accurate enough to offer an understanable text to someone who is capable of understanding general English.

2.  There are several links and attachments of SAMP Functions available for download on UG-Base, all you have to use is a search function of this forum.

3. If only you Google search for SAMP Functions plugin, you would find a lot of results leading to the proper plugin.

You absolutely and completely ignored all this and went rambling on how you are incompetent of using a translator. Read your posts, you haven't referenced, not even once, to how on many sites the plugin exists, how you can find multiple uploads on this forum and how Google offers a lot of results as well.

Anything you say now will either be an understanding of the point or again rambling obliviously all smoke no fire.

All the files are there. You just need a proper moddable GTA SA installation.

Just download this archive here http://ugbase.eu/releases/(plugin)-sampfuncs-3-1-by-fyp-(0-3z)/

Install sanny builder 3 and cleo 4.1, then copy the SB data to your Sanny Builder 3\data\sa folder.
And that's all you need to do.

Installation:
- Paste the file "SAMPFUNCS v3.1.asi" into the folder with San Andreas.

I did that and it gives me an error that the plugin SAMPFUNCS v3.1.asi is not loading mind telling me what the fuck thats about.....?
