CLEO Help [HELP]MGFUNCS crash.

I installed a whole new gta sa and I put in the mgfuncs in my cleo folder, cleo 4.1 and when I start up GTA it loads and when its about to go in game it says gta sa stopped working.

when I remove mgfuncs the game works fine.

I tried cleo 4.3 too.

I tried cleo 4.1, silents asi loader, sampfuncs 5.1.1, anticrasher by fyp and gta sa v.10 us already
