Hi, is there any way to use classic cheats like Ophax, GODMODE, infinite run, etc., on servers that have an anti-cheat system which registers all the CLEO, LUA, and other files in your GTA folder when you join?

Sure, bypass their clientside Launcher & AC Comm.
Also if they abusing RCE, you should install some rce protection, there are multiple asi files available which prevents RCEs.

use "MiTurboFix" by povargek on github, it will notify you when a retard server is attemping to run malicious code on your computer not only to read your gta folder. we dont know what else they want to see. it's open source btw.
