Hi, I would like to ask if anyone have any instructions how to encode cleo files. I thank everyone for their time and help.

There is no point in encoding cleo, you can open it anyway, even though you made 50 encodings there. Only protect from noobs, no more.

Called a crypter, however it's not restricted to any samp version.

well it is not given on the version but I need to know how to crypt script or write it in hex so that everyone can not arbitrarily modify it. that's what I meant.
