CLEO Help help with editing a mod compatibility !

I want help please, this is a mod that I always wanted but it only runs on Sampfunctions v3.0 please can somebody make it playable wil v3.1.2 please , I could simply play with SF v3.0 but i  cant do it because I got a mod already which I am using currently which can work only with v3.1.2 so I cant downgrade my SF , so please somebody make it runable with v3.1.2 please , the mod link is this-

Ok it looks like you didn't understood me, or you really don't give a fuck about what I'm saying.
Let me explain you it shortly: IN 3.1.2 YOU CANNOT FIND PLAYERS THAT ARE FAR AWAY FROM YOU!

last week i update this cleo  :me_gusta: it working
:bawww: i wanted to upload it but a few days ago my hard disk got error or something(bsod come out while loading window and instantly restart) i can't open my netbook

oh well if you updated that cleo mod , and it worked well then please update it again when your pc is in working condition please i really want that mod!

okay problem solved , Simon helped me in doing this.

Those who have a problem regarding the game crash then i got a fix [Thanks to Simon <--- he's such a pro]

i am sure those who are crashing after installing this mod they must be using higher SAMPFUNCS than v3.0 , no worries , if you got higher SAMPFUNCS than v3.0 then you got to do one thing-
Note- SAMPFUNCS is a ASI file so dont do anything with it , it won't interupt/clash with the SAMPFUNCS v3.1.2 so dont touch the V3.1.2 file anyway just do the following steps-
1)download SAMPFUNCS v3.0 from google-> rghost.net link by FYP
2)just put those 2 files into your cleo folder in the san andrease directory 
3)put this mod [Player Finder mod] in the CLEO folder 
4)start the game , it will give 2 freaking errors  :table_flip: :table_flip: but dont worry just press okay or cancel the game will start and the mod will run as charm in any server .

just now checked , it does not shows the player who are far from you more than 400 ms.
