Can anyone help me in getting the mod with which we can spawn unlimited amount of bots, flood the chat and lag the server and crash the players? Please i want to do it with UIF.

RakNet is hooked into multiple public sources, you have the `Connect` function, now learn how to spawn characters by taking a little look at how people do it in Pawn ( since Pawn is a C distribution, it shouldn't be hard to understand ), then open SAMP.DLL if you need to get respective addresses, and there you go, you can then run the features you precised above on NPCs.
