In-game, go to main menu > options > advanced options > set "frame limiter" as off
open fraps, but don't take video, it will show you your highest fps.

To get best "highest fps" result, try this in SF Airport as it is not a laggy place.

It's a bug. I have 100~ 104 fps without limit, no drop, and sometimes get 196, 202, etc.. for 2 seconds app.

If you've 60+ fps, they wont up but, if you have less, can try downloading this Anti-lag pack:

About if this is good for dm or no, the answer is no.. (I don't speak english very well and this is too difficult to explain) but, this is the reason why the players limits her fps. The more fps you have, the more realistic your image will be. You'll recieve all shots sended, fast c-bug, incompleted shots, etc... Your hit target will be much easier. Instead, if you limit your fps "low" /fpslimit <40 you'll notice that you will receive far fewer bullets sended.

I downloaded this file from youtube,but there is alot of folders what should i take and where i am supposed to place it?
