How to disable Jumper with '\' key?

When I press the backward slash (the '' key or oem_5), I get teleported inside the nearest vehicle. I edited the .ini file and tried to turn it off, but it still does this. Does this just happen to me or is it bugged/intended?

I have this saved in my .ini file as well.

the | key is a car taker function..
it will be added to the .ini in the next betafull v0.37 version.

U mean º key?
Because when im in a car i press that key and i get teleported, i cant disable too.
