How to get unbanned on NG:RP.

Title explains. I cannot get unbanned due to me having a static IP. I cannot find any free(yeah, sorry im poor :( ) VPNs out there that are not banned. Please help! I'm not like a computer wiz, but is there a way to change from static to dynamic? I have AT&T uverse.

I'm sorry but there is no way to change static to dynamic unless your ISP does so,there is a way to get unbanned tho,either make an unban appeal(Giving up) or you can tell your ISP to change ip(low chance of success) or change ISP(workz every time)
when my Parents told me that we will be changing ISPs I started to hax on every server :3
