CLEO Help How to lock fps with FPSUNLOCKER on?

Uncapfps.asi is plugin that removes 100fps IG limit,and I wanted to ask you,Is it possible to make some script that can lock fps on one number with fpsunlocker on?
I tryed using fpslimit.asi by springfield + uncapfps.asi and it's still not working.

use bandicam and open fps tab you'd see ''set fps limit to'' you may set the fps you want

i use nvidia inspector to limit my fps to 144 because i have 144 refresh rate
