i still a newbie cant figure out activation key :/

If it doesn't work, try changing the key.

Try to change

if (GetKeyState(VK_MULTIPLY) & 0x8000)

to

if (GetKeyState(VK_MENU) & 0x8000)

Should toggle on ALT Key.

Maybe works, maybe not, idk.

You need to import the project to your VS / so you can open it and compile.
