Is it possible?

I just want to ask that is it possible to make a mod or any software that reduce my lag? Like people say me lagger in servers can that be fixed? When i shoot with sawn off it looks like 8-shot without hacks.. Can this be fixed with mods or anything? ik its fps lagging,but i dont want to increase fps but only to fix this prblm. :| :|:|

From what you told us I assume that it's ping problem, not FPS

my ping is fine thats why..i get 20-25 fps only in game and sometime 7-13 fps

Buying a 1gb ram and replacing it with the older one will solve it.

I got 2 gb ram and i said **by mods** to make me non-lagging

Forgot to add, if you are using a laptop then forget it.

A real example : if i use my desktop i get minimum 95 fps with mods in SAMP. (my desktop's specs are lower than my laptop's one).
My laptop has 2.40Ghz speed with 8 processors (4 of which are just virtual), 8 gb ram, and 2gb graphics card, and what do i get as FPS in SAMP ? Just 40. If i do some small modifications in the game, like timecyc.dat etc. i get maybe 60 as maximum. But i can play so damn smoothly any brand new games i want, including gta 4, call of juarez gunslinger, spec ops the line, battlefield 3, CoD Blackops 2, Metro Last light, anything, but it lags too damn hard only in samp and i just don't understand the reason.

So if you are using a laptop, no matter how many things you add on it, you will get +10 fps maximum.

Try to use a weather switcher mod (i think paulica has it) and choose the gray weather + game time as 09.00. It increases the fps pretty well.

use Game Booster, will help alot !, also make sure to turn off fps limit and set quality to minimal as possible...

2gb ram is enough for gta sa, but if you're using integrated graphics or a poor video card there's not much you can gain by using programs or mods. Try playing lowest resolution, x16, low quality, minimum draw dist.

i Tested a lot of mods, here is the best:
Stream Ini Extender (Cleo mod) : +10FPS
No effects models: +5FPS
