Is it possible to hack money on RP server like this one: server.oldschool-samp.com:9999
This server has good anti-cheat with anti-money, and i think money is server sided, is there any method to hack the money on this server?

no, you can't change the server sided value. money hack is not possible on 0.3z.

Haha, i read about wpe pro or somthing like that(packet editing), some people sad that works....

Nope, look for bugs/glitches in the gamemode and then abuse them to get money.
