Maximum two accounts per IP

Is there any way to trick that? I am playing SAMP on a specific server and they allow us to play with maximum 2 accounts per IP.. Simultaneous, with GTA Fixes i mean

can somebody help with samp ip changer. i really need this but i have no idea ho to make it work. i have vpn. is there anyone who can expain how to set it up?
