Import using terminal / command prompt (cmd) First install a mysql server or use the one included in XAMPP or any other web server package. Then add the mysql/bin path to environment variables and use

mysql -u username -p database_name < file.sql

Whenever I type "mysql" and the other commands, it says unrecognized command. I used CMD prompt, from my computer.

What version of the script is this? is it v2.4.140 or higher?

Really not sure why everyone insists on using NGRP's script, it's not that great, there's better ways to do many things that are going on in the script, and it only makes sense if you have a large enough player base to support it. If you have 20 players and you use this script, chances are you're not ever going to see another player since the script is so spread across the map.
