Other players can't see me when using the silent aimbot

Other players can't see me when using the mod,i disabled invisible and ghost mode but they still can't see me,i can shoot and punch them but they don't take damage.

same thing happen to me, after using the silent aim i became invisible, and cant damage other players even tho the invisible is off.

Well i think it's a bug.
