CLEO Help PingPoint issue

I downloaded the pingpoint.cs cleo, whenever I start up my game it crashes. I have CLEO 4, I've used other cleos just fine, this is the first one that crashes my game. I don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

First use Samp 0.3x R1 (not R2) then use sampfunctions (2.4) OR (2.3)

Well, you need sampfunc to register this mod codes.
So add it.
If you have windows xp, download Sampfunctions 2.3: http://puu.sh/2VkWB.rar
If you have windows 7/8/vista, download Sampfunctions 2.4: http://puu.sh/2PptT

Then put it on your CLEO folder, then everything will work fine.

I did this, and my game crashes the same, it worked once then I tried joining again and it crashed, I don't know why.

By the way, when I download the windows 8 one there is two folders, do you want me to place all of them inside my folder?

From the file you downloaded open Cleo folder then copy sampfunctions and the other files and paste them to your cleo folder.
