Hi, my friend made (he said that he made it) an cheat that take away sounds from other players when you near them. All of this is made in "Custom SAA2".
How to install it:
All files from rar place into your GTA San Andreas folder
How to use:
Go near player/players and respawn "NRG". You gonna be invisible and all your sounds and other player/s sounds gonna cut off (to moment when you get off from NRG).
