Reputations

How come no one gives out reputations or likes a lot? should it be more active or more of a ¨earned¨ thing for a user.

Cause mostly only active users use those features, the rest are like "pls gib, pls halp, ok bye".

True even if you help a thousand users you would barely get any reputations... take springfield as an example he helps tons of people but only has 23 reputation... also i don't even think active users use them other than that i think only admins use it xD (I don't mean it's an admin only feature for newbies reading this but instead no one clicks that button)

Socials features are also not embedded enough subject to change tho.​

There's not enough active participation from the members which leads to low amount of quality posts and which in turn leads to no use of reps at all.

That said, there's also "Like Post" feature which is being used more than the rate option.

Some of our users might also be socially awkward which can prevent usage of such features from their side.

Not so true... it's just cuz no one uses them so if a newbie comes he would never use them too... cuz it's actually very boring if you use it ALONE like no one wants to use it(Either they are too lazy or because the reason before )... And because of all that it doesn't have the value it should have from the value of "This user is helpful" DOWN "Eh ignore that"... cuz we all know no-one gives reputations AND i bet(Correct me if i am wrong here people who are too old here) from the very beginning of this forum no-one used those buttons i bet even the owner didn't cuz maybe he thought they were too boring like most programmers think there stuff is...
