SERVER PORT OFFSET & PLAYER SKIN ID

Hi guys, i have any questions. How i can get server's port, like IP(samp.dll + 0x1C4)?
And how i can get players skinid?

First, they're R1 adresses, second last two are pointers.

Read only. To set the skin call 0x5E4880.

You need to call it, cped + skinid, make sure to load the model before.
