right click + f to warp 
Didn`t try it , but it should work.

So, I've tried it and it's doesn't work for me. It's not teleporting when I press those keys or hold one and press another one.

first right click after that you press f. tell me if isn`t working . (need sampfuncs , i think)

I have Sampfuncs 5.3. It's not working either. When I do that on the ground he will use fighting style. If I do that in the vehicle, he will leave it.
