Trollbeit worked with no FPs drop and otehr things witht he old version all i needed to do is to downgrade samp to 0.3x r1 it worked perfectly
but in the morning when i started it, i press connect to server nothing happens, It says windows has change the colour blah blah blah like always, but Gta_sa.exe doens't start untill i put back the original d3d9.dll
