It's a mod that messes the Quaternion data of the Player Actor during sync, The Actor bones will be jiggled up that is useful for messing with Aimbotters that targets Actor Bones...

To get a good footage on how it works, this thread gives a good example of it. Oh, also admins autobans weird people so, its up to you to download it xD.
