I've been running gta:sa on an 7year old computer with max fps. (shit 1.8GHz 1core cpu, 2gb DDR2 Ram, motherboard gfx) Gets to 101fps if removing frame limiter.

Whoever needs this, needs to get a new computer.

Wut? It removes the limit of 100'thrd fps regardless of the "V-sync" it'll cap at 100 FPS -because of sa:mp-.
With this you can easily reach ~300 FPS with a good PC.

There's also something bugged with strafing, I'll look into fixing some things maybe but it's kinda hard as it's the way how gta:sa is done.
But I'll look to add a limit option and disable / enable later on.
