Regarding to this Post (http://ugbase.eu/news/%28information%29-ugbase-eu-chat/) we had at last the discussion about an voice communication, and since we are an community you can vote which you prefer and i'll give it a try by setting up such a server.

Please Vote for your favourite voice communication client (Mumble, Teamspeak3).

The Poll is started, do your Magic!

You can also write what you think about these Clients but only criticism is allowed things like "i hate xyz" or "xyz is shit" will get deleted instantly.

Mumble can be integrated in the server, the forum, IRC, etc.
It's also open-source.

For just a seperate server - TS3.

Totally agree, in my point of view..I think it's the best.

Mumble is a little difficult to set up.. but the best part of mumble is the amazingly low latency and almost instant voice chat.. and it has a very useful option that shows up talker's nickname..
Another sweet option  is volume normalization.

What you see is just a client-list. Read better and inform yourself better. You have to pay for TS3.

And it also only supports Android 4.0+..Mumble is FREE.
